PMT designed and manufactured a gold plated miniature electrical contact. Once a frozen design was established a fully automated special purpose manufacturing cell was designed and commissioned by PMT to projection weld this delicate contact onto standard various coloured injection moulded counting wheels used by our customer when assembling a water meter counter.
